Ecrio announces the general availability of its FlexIMS-based VoLTE, Video Calling and RCS client software with the unique ability to allow individual services to be distributed between modem processors and application processors. The options provided by FlexIMS to distribute real time communication services among processors is an industry-first, single architecture for enabling the full span of VoLTE device endpoints. As networks move towards rolling out VoLTE with advanced IMS services, including Video Calling, RCS and LTE/WiFi interworking, these capabilities of Ecrio’s FlexIMS Architecture become essential.
